Adobea Addo-Ashong

Adobea has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in International Politics which she obtained from Emory University, where she also minored in History. She has previously interned at Ethiopiaid Ireland, a charitable international development organization, as well as the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in Ghana.

While at Emory, she served on the leadership team for the Emory Ambassadors for Global Awareness. Adobea has a particular passion for international politics, social development, and humanitarian affairs. She hopes to learn more about gender issues in Ghana and appropriate ways to tackle them through her internship. She will work mainly with the Project Officer and Communication team.
