Esther joined GSHRDC in 1997. She has over twenty-four years of working experience in training and facilitating Gender, as well as Human and Women’s Rights, Advocacy, Leadership, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Family Laws. She has vast knowledge in Human and Women’s Rights Documentation and Information Handling.

Esther is the Head Facilitator and has facilitated numerous training workshops for this organization and other organizations such as CAMFED, VSO, Compassion International, Water Aid, General Electricals (GE), and the D.V.L.A to name a few. She is also a member of WiLDAF, Netright, the Women’s Manifesto, and other International Networks and Coalitions.
